My Top 10 in the 2021 Annual Catalog

We're now a month into the 2021 annual catalog, so I thought I'd share my favorite products--so far.

#10-  Natural Textures stamp set--page 171.  This is a hostess only stamp set (155637--$13.  Can be purchased with Stampin' Rewards only)  I love this stamp set because it coordinates with any project.
#9-  Simply Elegant suite--page 68.  This is a suite that includes a dark Designer Series Paper (DSP) in Basic Black and Basic Gray with gold, copper and silver foiling, the Elegant Tag punch, and a versatile stamp set with a good variety of sentiments.

Did you notice:  our suites now include only 4 products?  Stamp, die/punch, dsp, and one other item?  Stampin' Up! is trying to keep the price low.

#8-  Through It Together stamp set--page 72.  With the year we've just had, I've been sending many more cards 'just because'.  This stamp set has 21 sentiments of encouragement.  We all need that!  Have you sent a card 'just because' recently?
#7- Celebrate with Flowers stamp set--page 62.   If you are just starting your collection of stamps, this is a good basic one.  The simple images are bold enough that we can use a variety of techniques with them.

#6-  Iconic Dies--page163  These dies don't have a coordinating stamp set and may be overlooked. They are very detailed and cut beautifully.  Great additions to any project.

Did you notice:  die sets that are narrow enough for use in the Mini Cut & Emboss Machine have an icon next to them in the catalog?  It is a small, green drawing of the mini machine.
#5-  Meadows Dies--page 160.  The coordinating stamp set is Quiet Meadow on page 110.  This would be a great stamp set to SYOPP, Stamp Your Own Patterned Paper, especially the single flower bloom, the indistinct words and the dots.  I'll have to try that soon.

#4- Checks and Dots Embossing Folders--page 154.  These two 3-3/8" wide embossing folders fit in the Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine.

#3- 2021-2023 In Color Collection--page 123 individual products --page 126 for the collections.  The DSP collection is on page 134.  The In Color Shimmer Vellum is on page 135.  The ribbons can be found on pages 139-140, and finally, the embellishments are on pages 141-142.  This year we added Evening Evergreen, Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Polished Pink and Soft Succulent to our colors!

#2- You're a Peach Suite--page 60.  This suite was not on my original 'wish list' for the new catalog, but when I saw a peach-themed display at a local store and I earned free products from Stampin' Up!, I added it to my first order.  I am so glad I did!  Inspired by the DSP alone, ideas have not stopped coming!  Using the Sweet as a Peach stamp set, I was able to stamp a close copy of many of the DSP patterns.

#1- Expressions in Ink--This suite is featured on the front cover of the catalog, page 1, and on page 96!  I have just started using these products.  The stamp set is awesome!!  Being a Dist-INK-ive(tm) stamp set, the stamps in Artistically Inked create different opacities in a single stamped image.  (Yes, I copied that from page 4.)

I used all 10 of my favorites on these projects.  Can you spot each item?!

For the last 2 cards, used pieces of a SYOPP (Stamp Your Own Patterned Paper) that I created using the Artistically Inked Stamp set.  I used Pacific Point, Fresh Freesia, Gorgeous Grape and Granny Apply Green.  I thought I was done when I had this.

But when I went to cut it apart, I decided to add more stamping and I covered the entire 8-1/2" X 11" Basic White card stock.  I found it easier to cut apart for the cards I wanted.  While my stamps and ink were still out, I stamped on my enveloopes.

I hope I've inspired you to look for these products.  What has been your favorite product so far?  Let me know what it is;  I may have missed it!
