Fun Fold Blog Hop

I love fun folds, so I had to participate in this blog hop!

I hope you're being inspired by all the fun fold cards.  I found directions for a Center Step Card on SplitCoastStampers.com, but it made a 5-1/2" X 5-1/2" card.  I took their idea and created a card that is a standard A2 card, 5-1/2" X 4-1/4".   If you place your embellishments within the 5-1/2" X 4-1/4" you can use a medium Stampin' Up! envelope for this card.

Here's a link to the Split Coast Stamper tutorial:  Center Step Card Tutorial - Splitcoaststampers.  They include pictures and a video.

I'm not quite ready for winter yet, so I made a summer card using the Peaceful Cabin stamp set and coordinating Cabin dies.  Both are available starting 3 August 2021 in the mini catalog.

I am a visual learner, so I made a quick video for you to learn how I cut and scored my card base.  I think I forgot to tell you that I started with an 8-1/2" X 5-1/2" card base.

Here's a list of 'hoppers' today!  I'm sure I'll be learning a few new fun folds.
