Birthday using 2 Challenges--Freshly Made Sketch and Color Throwdown

Once a month, I stamp with other demonstrators.  If we don't have a project to work on for our business, we like to create projects using the same sketch.  To offer more than one option this month, I found a color challenge we could work with as well.  I combined the two and made a lovely birthday card.

Although the sketch offered is square, I opted for a standard A2 card.

This is my first time using a Color Throwdown challenge.  I forgot about the silver element when designing my card, so my rhinestones will have to fill in for that 'color'.

My Card

Using a sponge dauber creates a different effect in coloring the flowers.  The floral images in the Blessing of Home stamp set are both quickly colored this way.

I used the Blessings of Home stamp set and coordinating Flowers of Home dies which will be available on January 4, 2022.  Also, I used the now retired Ovals Collection Framelits dies to cut out my focal point.

Blessings of Home:  Item 157930 $25.00

Flowers of Home Dies:  Item 157938  $32.00
