Season of Chic and Snowflake Vellum meet FMS 559

When I don't have a card in mind, but know what products I want to use, I love going to the Freshly Made Sketches blog.  This week's sketch was perfect for my dip dyed snowflakes and the Snowflake Specialty Vellum.

I'll be sharing tips and tricks to make this card in tonight's Facebook live video (10/31/22).  My videos are uploaded to YouTube as well.  I hope you'll take a look.

I was quite pleased by how the photo shows the iridescent foil snowflakes!  Other sheets in the package have flocked snowflakes.  Those will add a lot of texture to my cards, too.

The "Happy" is from the Artistically Inked stamp set and the "New Year" can be found in the Handmade Wishes stamp set.  They were stamped on banners die cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies.

My envelope was decorated, too!  I used the negative from die cutting the snowflakes with Balmy Blue ink and a Blending Brush.  Then I stamped the snowflake in the open die shape.

Are you ready for winter stamping?!
