My Latest Submission to Craft Roulette

I was able to create a card for the 139th episode of Craft Roulette.

Not sure what Craft Roulette is?  It is a live YouTube video for paper crafters.  Each week on Friday's at 6:30pm CT, Mary Gunn spins a wheel and comes up with 4 parameters.  We are given a Project, Colors, an Element, and a Random item to include on our own project.  Mary and a guest create a card during the video using those 4 parameters.  Viewers are welcome to submit a photo of their project to be shown on next week's show. Don't worry we have at least 48 hours to create and submit a photo of our project.  We can also post them in a Facebook group, Craft Roulette Show, and chat about our creations throughout the week.  They have been getting over a hundred submissions each week!

At 6:10pm CT on YouTube on the Craft Roulette Channel, they show all the projects that have been submitted for the previous week.  My card here and over 100 others will be shown before the 140th episode on November 25, 2022.  Here's a link if you'd like to join us!

If you are interested in improving your stamping or just want to have fun with other crafters, I strongly encourage you to join us!  Seeing how others interpret the 4 parameters each week teaches me so much, even if I didn't submit a card that week.

Episode 139, My 28th submission

Project:  Birthday Card

Colors:  3 Bright & Cheery colors

Element:  Pot(s), pan(s) or bowl(s)

Random:  Block(s)

For my BIRTHDAY CARD, my 3 colors are teal (Bermuda Bay), pink (Polished Pink) and green (Granny Apple Green). My flowers are in a flower POT and I created my background using an acrylic BLOCK and ink from my ink pads (spritzed with water).

No naked envelope today!

The Stampin' Up! Products I used:

I used a Blender Pen and ink from my Bermuda Bay and Polished Pink ink pads, to add the stripes to the pot. The black marker was used to outline the ink squares on my background.

The Noble Peacock Rhinestones are now retired. I could have used Rhinestone Basic Jewels and colored them with our alcohol markers, our Blends, in colors to match my card.

I hope you join us for Craft Roulette soon! It is a fun and a welcoming stamping community. I should say it is a FUNN and welcoming community--our host Mary GUNN likes to make things FUNN.
