Free Class with Purchase: January 15-31, 2024: Bee Mine Suite

I am offering card kits to those who purchase with me from January 15th through January 31st.  The kits will feature the Bee Mine suite.  You'll find that on pages 8-10 and again on page 67 in the January - April mini catalog.

While the suite is geared towards Valentine's Day projects, the Designer Series Paper (DSP) does not just feature hearts.  You'll be able to create projects long after February 14th using this suite.

The kit I'll send you will include 4 card bases, 4 cardstock layers and 8 pieces of DSP that I'll cut to 4" X 3", die cut tags, and more!  I'll be including a variety of embellishments, twine and ribbon.  During my Facebook Live video on Monday, January 15, I shared a few ideas on using these pieces.  Sadly, I had issues with that video and couldn't get it to record in landscape orientation.

The colors in the DSP are Basic Black, Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lime Twist, Petal Pink, Pool Party, and Sweet Sorbet.

Your kit will contain this:

I assume you have white cardstock.  This allows me to include more of the colored cardstock!

Additional recommended products:

Bee Mine Valentine Bundle

Black ink:  Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad

Daffodil Delight Stampin' Pad

Sweet Sorbet Stampin' Pad

Lemon Lime Twist Stampin' Pad

Cards you will be able to create using the kit.

For this card, I stamped the hearts in Sweet Sorbet and stamped a second time WITHOUT reinking the stamp.  We call this second generation stamping.  That pieces is 3" X 3" and layered on a white piece that is 3-1/4" X 4-1/4".

Layering several pieces of DSP adds more interest to our projects, too

These cards use pieces of DSP that are 3" X 3" layer them on larger pieces.

This is the card I made in the video.  With all these patterns on the DSP, you'll have lots of options for your projects!

One more idea.  You will need a 4-1/4" X 11" card base. Cut off 2-1/4" from the front, leaving a 3-1/4" flap at the top.  The 3" X 4" DSP layers nicely on that flap.  I trimmed a piece of DSP to 2" to put on the piece I cut off and rotated and adhered to the flap before I adhered the flower/bee DSP.

Here are a few other ideas for using the Bee Mine suite.
