Christmas Card: April 2025

Stampin' Up! actually has a number of Christmas products right now, so creating this was not too difficult. Well, as far as products go. I used the Decorative Trees stamp set. The dies have retired, but the tree would be easy enough to fussy cut. The bird on the front of my card was fussy cut from the Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper. And the tag and 'merry' dies are in the Merry Tags & More die set, available only to Paper Pumpkin subscribers. It was the fourth quarter 2024 Paper Pumpkin add-in die set.

I need to prefect my center folder pop-up; this one isn't quite right. I think I adhered the center piece in the wrong place inside my card. Once I get it just right, I'll share how to create the center pop-up card. Watch for this in a future Monday Facebook live (added to YouTube afterwards).

I double die cut the tag for the front. The tag in Merry Tags & More is quite large, and it would have been too big to get the bird on the front as well.

Another detail to note: I didn't tie the Cherry Cobbler & Gold Satin ribbon. I just used a glue dot to hold it in place. I didn't want to add any more bulk to my card.

(I think this mechanism is correct for a center pop-up card. I just adhered it incorrectly for the look I wanted. I will figure it out and report back.)
