What a fun day! First, I received an email from Stampin' Up! congratulating me on my anniversary! They included a digital badge that I can use in my newsletter and on my blog here. They're sending me a pin and are adding $50 to my Stampin' Rewards account!! Woohoo! What would you buy? Leave me a comment.
These cards are so difficult to photograph so I'll make a quick video and include it here. **VIDEO COMING SOON! **
Also, I'll just include the basic structure of the card with the layers. You'll need scraps for your focal point and other details that will make each card your own.
These first ones are the cards I made tonight along with the other samples I showed you.
CARD #1
Details:
-Card base: 7-1/4" X 5-1/2", scored at 1-3/4", 2-1/2", 4-1/4" and 5".
-Extensions: 2 pieces (this card has the same color cardstock), 2-1/4" X 5-1/2"
-Designer Series Paper: 3 pieces 2" X 5-1/2"
For my second card, with the Splash of Sparkles Designer Series Paper, I used 2 pieces 2" X 5-1/2" and one 4" X 5-1/2" scored in half at 2".
1/2" X 5-1/4"
Card base: cardstock (two-tone works well!) DSP might be okay, too
1-1/2" X 5-1/4"
4" X 5-1/4"
