My 15th Stampin' Up! Anniversary Celebration!

What a fun day!  First, I received an email from Stampin' Up! congratulating me on my anniversary! They included a digital badge that I can use in my newsletter and on my blog here.  They're sending me a pin and are adding $50 to my Stampin' Rewards account!!  Woohoo!  What would you buy?  Leave me a comment.

These cards are so difficult to photograph so I'll make a quick video and include it here. **VIDEO COMING SOON!  **

Also, I'll just include the basic structure of the card with the layers.  You'll need scraps for your focal point and other details that will make each card your own.

These first ones are the cards I made tonight along with the other samples I showed you.

CARD #1

Details:

-Card base:  7-1/4" X 5-1/2", scored at 1-3/4", 2-1/2", 4-1/4" and 5".

-Extensions:  2 pieces (this card has the same color cardstock), 2-1/4" X 5-1/2"
-Designer Series Paper:  3 pieces 2" X 5-1/2"
For my second card, with the Splash of Sparkles Designer Series Paper, I used 2 pieces 2" X 5-1/2" and one 4" X 5-1/2" scored in half at 2".

Here are the rest of the cards with this layout.  I completed the few that needed sentiments.  Notice I used the A Round of Hellos stamp set on the floral card.

CARD #2

Here's another great layout for featuring a 6" X 6" DSP of a scene.

Details:

Card base:  Cardstock 8-1/2" X 5-1/2", scored at 2-1/8" and 4-1/4".
DSP:  3-1/2" X 5-1/4"
            1/2" X 5-1/4"
            2" X 5-1/4"
Light colored cardstock (white, vanilla, beige) 1-3/4" x 5-1/4"

Here's inside this one:

And finally, if you have extra DSP to use, or 2 pieces of 6" X 6", this is a great option.  I used Two-tone cardstock on both of these because it comes 12" X 12" and it is more like DSP in weight, so these cards a not so heavy, and fold nicely, too.

I think this is my favorite of the 3 layouts.

CARD #3
Details:

Card base:  cardstock (two-tone works well!)  DSP might be okay, too
12" X 5-1/2", score at 1-3/4", 4-3/4", and 7-3/4".

DSP from left:
1-1/2" X 5-1/4"
    1-1/2" X 5-1/4"
2-3/4" X 5-1/4"
    4" X 5-1/4"

White for inside layer:
2-3/4" X 5-1/4"

Again, photos don't do these cards justice.  It's difficult to see all the elements.

Thank you to all who made my anniversary so special.  Thanks for following me and all of your support for the past 15 years!

As always, happy stampin'!
