A Late Birthday Card for April

I was reminded this morning that yesterday was the 17th and I hadn't posted a birthday card.  The days truly get away from me.

Since I learned that the rectangular die in Fragrant Layers doesn't actually cut the rectangle, only the floral element, I have wanted to create this card.  I'm not sure I like the second layer here-the one with my sentiment.  I tried stamping the floral spray on that inner page, but that wasn't the effect I was going for.  I still like the way it turned out.  I will probably stamp 'Happy Birthday' inside before I send it, too.




I find fun fold cards very difficult to photograph, so I'm trying something new here--including an Instagram Reel to show you the card.
