Freshly Made Sketch 730: Lovely & Beautiful DSP

I've missed a few weeks of playing along with Freshly Made Sketches.  I was so happy I had time today to create.

I've been using the Lovely & Beautiful Designer Series Paper (DSP) for many of my projects recently.  When I create with other demonstrators' videos, with sketches, or for challenges.  I'll share all of them once my pack of DSP is used.

Here was the Freshly Made Sketch.  I made my focal point a little large because I liked the flower in my DSP.

I know I'm always wondering about products/colors used, so here's what I used on my card.  I always find it interesting when creating the list below, how few items I actually use to create a project.  Of course, I haven't included acrylic blocks or adhesives.

  1. I love that large bloom as your focal point and how pretty papers make for a quick card! Thanks so much for linking up to Freshly Made Sketches this week!

    1. Thank you. Using patterned paper sometimes feels like cheating, because it makes for a quick card.

  2. This is so pretty! Cutting out the centre of the square panel and angling it is a perfect use of the sketch! Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches.

  3. Thanks for hosting Freshly Made Sketches! I saw one of the other creators cut into her square. Maybe I'll try die cutting a different shape next time. Fun sketch!
