I've been thinkig about this card for weeks-- using the Baloon Festoon dies with Designer Series Paper. The stamps in the coordinating stamp set were the perfect finishing touch. Notice I didn't use any embellishments on my card. I suppose some gold bling might have been good, but I still like my cards without embellishments sometimes.
I hadn't made an easel card in a long time and I like the balloons popping off the raised panel. This would be a great card to use scraps on!
